Ethiopian inspired* lentil stew
In Crockpot Express
- Red Lentils
- Berbere
- Onions
- Oil or gee
I take one large onion per cup of lentils, and 3 parts of water per cup of lentils.
Fry the onions in oil or gee (fry/stew), put in lentils. Pour water and give 15 minutes in crockpot, stew. Enjoy!

Inspired because if you know any one from Ethiopia, you know that their mother makes the best wot and they have learned from their mother. So nothing you make will be recognized as wot.
